When Being Humen Becomes a Diagnosis

When the natural is turned into disease.

The truth is, that what is truly healthy doesn't fit into the system's business model.

You reacted because something was wrong.

Because you had experienced betrayal.

Because you were sensitive.

Because you felt the world deeply.

But instead of being held, you were labeled.

They called you sick.

Not sensitive. Not human. Not awake.

Just sick.

It starts with one conversation.

You sit in a room with a doctor who doesn’t know you.

Twenty minutes later, you have a diagnosis.

Maybe several.

You're sent home with a prescription for psychiatric drugs.

You say yes – because you hope it helps.

Because you don’t know better.

Because you’ve been broken enough to trust the system more than your own voice.

And then the zombification begins.

You become numb.

Your thoughts slow down. Your feelings flatten. Your body grows heavier.

But you’re not “disruptive” anymore.

You can’t cry – but you can’t laugh either.

You can’t love. You can’t feel. You can’t create.

You function. On paper.

But you're not alive.

You are neutralized.

Every day you take a pill that tells you:

You can’t trust yourself.

Your pain is a mistake.

Your feelings are dangerous.

And over time, you start to believe it.

You internalize the diagnosis.

You identify with it.

You forget who you were before they put you in a box.

You are made a client – not a human.

A symptom – not a story.

A patient – not a person.

If you refuse medication, you’re met with distrust.

If you react, you’re labeled “manipulative.”

If you don’t conform, you’re dismissed as “resistant.”

Psychiatry exercises power – not care.

Control – not understanding.

Sedation – not healing.

They call it “treatment.”

But in reality, you're being pacified, put away, forgotten.

In institutions without color, with food that doesn’t nourish, with staff that change every week.

No one looks you in the eye.

No one asks:

What happened to you – that made you break?

And those who try to escape?

They are punished.

More pills. More diagnoses. More notes in the file.

Force. Isolation. Confinement.

All in the name of the system.

But let’s say it like it is:

The system is sick. Not you.

You have feelings because you are alive.

You react because something hurts.

You resist because your soul is screaming.

And it has every reason to.

You are not a diagnosis.

You are not a case.

You are not a chemical imbalance.

You are a human being, trying to find your way in a world that has forgotten how to listen.

And here – in the space of truth – we will hear you.

Without filters. Without judgment. Without pills.
